Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your AutoStow purchase.

Returns:

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return:

Email us at info@autostowo.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
